Chris Heath

Mr. Heath is an experienced senior executive specializing in business operations ranging from healthcare services to manufacturing to technology. He has a strong track record with distressed operations, having been brought into several companies by creditors for the purpose of restructuring, dispositions and liquidations. Previous to his founding role at Strategic Professional Solutions, he was CEO of several public companies, including Convalo Health International, Ventura Cannabis and MedBright AI Investments Inc. He has a degree in Economics and MBA from CSU-Channel Islands in Los Angeles.

Michael Dalsin

Mr. Dalsin was formerly a General Partner and Managing Director of Stanmore Capital Partners, a healthcare services investment group from 2002 to 2015. Mr. Dalsin has been the Chairman of several publicly traded companies. Following his role at Stanmore, he was the former Executive Chairman of Patient Home Monitoring and Chairman of Convalo Health International, which were Toronto Stock Exchange award winners. He started his career in international investment banking and deal-making in London, Hong Kong, and New York. He has been involved in or led over twenty IPO’s across five different exchanges. Additionally, he has participated as a lead banker and negotiator for a number of micro-cap and mid-market international acquisitions for American, Australian, and European companies. He is currently a guest lecturer at the Yale School of Medicine on the topics of healthcare economics and money flows and investment processes in the healthcare system. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Roger Greene

Mr. Greene was formerly a General Partner and Managing Director of Stanmore Capital Partners, a healthcare services investment group from 2002 to 2015. Following his role at Stanmore, he was the former Vice Chairman of Patient Home Monitoring and Vice Chairman of Convalo Health International, which were Toronto Stock Exchange award winners. Mr. Greene worked with the various funds in the Robert M. Bass Group in Texas as a principal and as general counsel. He participated in a number of their opportunity funds, including Brazos Fund, which purchased $2 billion in assets in the US and Canada, and Lone Star Fund, which has acquired and managed several billion dollars in assets in North America, Asia, and Europe. For Brazos, he was responsible for negotiations on a $300 million purchase of assets from a thrift in Canada, a roll-up of assets of over $100 million that resulted from the merger of two insurance companies, and the securitization of hundreds of millions of dollars of loans. Mr. Greene holds a BA in Economics from Harvard College and a law degree from Harvard Law School.

Kyle Wilks

Mr. Wilks graduated from the US Naval Academy at Annapolis. After his time as a Naval Officer, he worked at Stanmore Capital Partners, a mid-market healthcare buyout group as an Executive Director managing portfolio companies. A former senior manager at Baxter in the rare immune deficiency therapies division and Shire in the rare disease division, he was later a professor of Leadership at the US Naval Academy. He has substantial expertise in finance, leadership and management, medical devices and biologics manufacturing, and global healthcare market strategy.

Dr. Ken Kashkin

Dr. Kashkin brings over 30 years of experience in medical devices, research and development, and corporate governance. An expert physician, Dr. Kashkin serves as a technical medical expert on all transactions for GPath Capital Partners. Dr. Kashkin received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles and completed his education at the Yale School of Medicine where he also served as a professor..

Dr. James Faddy

Dr. Faddy is an engineer and investor with a background in algorithmic trading, financial engineering, and AI systems. He has worked at several Wall Street firms and has managed a high-sharpe commodity futures portfolio for over a decade. He was involved in building Jiko, contributing to both the technology and financial engineering behind the first fintech to obtain a national bank charter. He is currently focused on applying AI to automate operational workflows in data-heavy businesses. Dr. Faddy has a PhD in Aeronautics from Caltech.

Dr. Jaime Gerber

Dr. Gerber is an associate clinical professor at the Yale School of Medicine and co-director of the Yale Executive Health Program, which provides highly efficient care to patients with busy schedules. He also directs the Yale New Haven Heart & Vascular Center laboratory for vascular ultrasound testing for peripheral arterial disease, and consults on complex cardiology cases that involve coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease, and risk factor modification.
